Equipping Leaders for the Digital Age

Effective digital transformation begins at the top. IDG's leadership development efforts are focused on building a capable cadre of civil service leaders with the technological competencies needed to make informed decisions, drive transformation, and be accountable for the systems and products that underpin their agencies' work.

The programme is designed to build the foundational understanding that leaders need to navigate critical areas including system modernisation, policy-operations-technology integration, cybersecurity and resilience, and data and AI application and governance. We're at our 10th iteration of senior leaders training and 4th iteration of our director training.

Keeping Pace with AI

Given the pace of AI development and its transformative potential for the Public Service, these sessions have evolved to include hands-on sessions where leaders go beyond awareness to personally experience what AI tools can do - building agents, skills, and connectors to directly encounter the speed, creativity, and capability that frontier AI unlocks.
