Champions of AI Transformation (CATs)
Champions of AI Transformation (CATs) are public officers from non-technical teams across agencies who are helping to drive everyday AI adoption. By sharing practical use cases, lessons learned and real experiences, they make AI more accessible and relevant to their peers.
They started with the same workloads, questions and uncertainties as many others. By taking the first step, they are now helping fellow officers build confidence and explore how AI can make a difference in their work.
What CATs Do
CATs learn AI, put it into practice to solve real work challenges, and bring others along by sharing their experiences and lessons learnt.
